Select the gear and the provider best suits you. Feel free to contact our providers for questions. 3. Choose whether you want delivery or self pick-up and book your gear ## Receive **Our providers make delivery to:** - Airports. - Hotels or vacation rentals. - Your requested delivery points, such as bus stations, famous landmarks, etc. Providers can charge different delivery fees for each delivery point. You can see delivery fees on the checkout page. **You can pick up rental baby gear from the provider's place.** You can view provider's location at the results page or at the checkout. ## Return **Meet with Babonbo provider:** 1. Depending on your chosen delivery option, meet the Babonbo provider at the pick-up place on time or wait for them to collect the baby gear. 2. Our providers can meet you at the airport, your hotel, or a specific address you may request. 3. You can also leave the baby gear at your hotel or vacation rental lobby; our providers can pick it up from there. Send a rental request to trusted providers, mostly parents or local shops. Once they accept, they prepare and personally deliver items to your hotel, airport, Airbnb, or chosen address. After your rental period ends, the provider collects the gear. Travel light and stress-free. **Is baby gear from Babonbo cleaned and sanitized?** Yes, each item is carefully inspected, cleaned, and sanitized by local providers before every rental to ensure your child's safety and comfort. If you receive baby gear that doesn't meet cleanliness standards, contact customer support within 24 hours of receiving the item. The provider will replace it with a similar product. **When will I be charged for my Babonbo rental?** You are charged once the provider accepts your order. When you place an order, Babonbo places a hold on your credit card to check availability, but payment completes only when the provider confirms. If modifications are requested after acceptance, additional charges or refunds apply once confirmed. This clear process ensures everything is arranged before arrival. **Can I cancel my Babonbo rental order?** Yes, you can cancel your order. For pending orders, contact customer service (info@babonbo.com) or the provider. If cancelled, the card hold will be released within 7 days. For accepted orders, cancel directly from your order page. If you cancel up to 3 days before the first rental day, the rental amount is refunded (Babonbo service fee and insurance fee are non-refundable).
